KHR forged wheel hub dynamic balance end jump standard
Whether the quality of the forged wheels is good or not depends not only on the internal metal properties and appearance surface treatment process, but also on the processing accuracy of the car wheels, including dynamic balance (end jump) PCD/CB three-dimensional coordinate deviation.
Today let’s talk about dynamic balance:
In fact, it is the jump data of the upper and lower ends of the rim. Generally, domestic OEM main engine supporting factories use 0.3 or below as the qualifying standard, and the limit must not exceed 0.4. At this time, the dynamic balance is controlled within 30 grams. When the balance of our wheel hub is above 80 grams , plus when the tire weighs more than 100 grams, the problem must be solved by attaching a large number of balance weights. At this time, the balance weight is difficult to adjust to 0, even if it is done well. When driving at a high speed of 110 yards, the steering wheel is prone to shaking, which brings hidden dangers to driving quality and safety.
There are two main factors causing the above dynamic balancing problems:
① After the original blank is deformed due to bad deformation, the black skin part is not processed to the rim. The solution to the rim being out of round is to replace it with a new blank.
② Differences in lathe equipment, that is, the price determines the quality of the equipment. Generally, due to cost considerations and investment scale, small factories will generally choose non-mainstream lathes (300,000-400,000). The processing accuracy is poor and the end jump is easy. Exceeding the standard, especially wheels over 20 inches; large and powerful manufacturers generally use expensive Taichung precision machines (about 800,000 to 1 million yuan), and some even use lathes imported from Germany (2 to 3 million yuan) for processing precision. reaches 0.2 or less.
